The India-Sweden Healthcare Innovation Centre – a tripartite collaboration between the Business Sweden and two of India’s premier health institutions – AIIMS Delhi and AIIMS Jodhpur, has been actively working with 24 Startups from India and Sweden to fuel their growth journey.
We are now looking at identifying our next cohort of startups for the 3rd Innovation Challenge under the wider India-Sweden Healthcare Innovation Hub and invite you to apply.
Following are some of the examples of support offered to the winners of last two years’ challenges and we are still working with many others to mentor and guide them:
1. Qure.ai – Market expansion into 60+ countries through A-Catalyst Network
2. Dozee – Clinical validation at AIIMS Jodhpur, market expansion and connect with Health Innovation Hubs in Malaysia and Singapore
3. Aarogya AI – Clinical validation at AIIMS Jodhpur
4. Janitri – Clinical validation at AIIMS Jodhpur and guidance on CE Certification
5. ThermaiScan – Market expansion- Access to Oncology clinics in India needed for testing cameras and data collection and help with regulations in specific markets/ connect with regulatory experts for medical, data and security
6. 3 startups at different stages of maturity have signed MoUs with AIIMS Jodhpur for research collaborations

The India-Sweden Healthcare Innovation Centre was formed to develop a cross-country ecosystem of open innovation and acts as a growth catalyst for health cooperation between health actors across the country. The collaboration is created under the umbrella of the India-Sweden MoU in healthcare between the countries and in the spirit of the India-Sweden Joint Innovation declaration made by both Prime Ministers (2018, Stockholm).
